This is an ongoing course about happiness. The lessons will help you learn more about sadness, happiness and ways to live a better life.
Why does this course exist?
I think that we can all agree that everybody wants to be happy. But how many of us really experience happiness?
Unfortunately, I think that only a small percentage of the population gets to be happy "by default". Most of us are not that lucky. We have to work for our happiness. We try to make the right decisions, get the perfect job, become friends with the right people, marry the perfect partner, buy the latest dress, drive the best car hoping that all these will eventually make us happy...but in the end, we realize that we become just slightly happier at best.
Well, why? If we are all wired to pursue happiness why does it seem to escape us? And if we spend our lives looking for it, why do we only experience it seldom and briefly? To be honest, I do not know the "right" answer to these questions (if there were an answer).
But I do know that most of us do not find happiness because we spend most of our time looking for it in the wrong places. We focus on the things that do not really matter while ignoring or postponing what does matter. If you want to change that, this course is for you!
How does it work?
You can begin this course anytime you want. It is free of charge and you set your own pace. After you sign up, you will have access to all the lessons. They will be divided into 2 categories:
